Join Aparna, The Mistress of Spice as she shows you Ayurvedic methods of preparing Cooling Vegetable dishes.  This is the perfect way to keep cool in the heat of August!  The Menu for this class is eccentric, but Aparna has a way to show you how easy it is to prepare these unique dishes.

The Menu Includes, Cooling and Rejuvenating Jamaica Hibiscus Drink, South Indian Cucumber Salad with coconut, lime and cilantro, Avial- South Indian Coconut and Vegetable Curry, Fresh Fennel and Orange Salad, Delicious Mango Mousse.

This class is limited to 12 participants.  $55 per person

Rasam Soup (a tangy spicy tomato brothy soup with curry leaves), fried Papadums, 3 Chutneys , assorted Pakoras, Vegetable Pulao, Naan, Baingan Bhurta (roasted eggplant in a tomato ginger sauce), South Indian Coconut Kootu with assorted Vegetables, Blackeyed Peas Curry, Kheer (rice pudding) and Date Balls for dessert. Mango Lassi or Pear Martini
