Ojai Let’s tour farmer’s market together to see what mother earth has to offer this time of year. Sweet winter vegetables, fall fruits and fresh herbs is the start of something wonderful. Join us for a belly warming meal and a surprise dessert!!
The class menu includes: * Wild Mushroom Barley Soup with Fresh Dill * Cranberry Glazed Yam Casserole * Stuffed Delicata Squash with Chicken Apple Sausage * Spring Greens with Cranberries, Candied Walnuts and Raspberry Vinaigrette * Roasted Root Vegetables (pictured below) and more!
